An intro page from a "Pitch Deck" for my untitled mech game I'm developing in Unreal Engine. It covers a couple things: such as the style of game, which is 3d arena battler; core interactions, which is an interplay between offensive and defensive tools; and a balance between real-world authenticity and movement, with a dash of science-fiction for flavor.

The final version of my piece "Perception"
Started off a soft pastel, added fixative, then overpainted with acrylic.

It of course doesn't show in a still photo, but I had to hit it with the shimmer and metallic. My only regret is not getting a pic under blacklight.

I'm extremely pleased to announce that my piece "Perception" was bought on the first day of exhibition! ^_^
The gallery staff said it received multiple offers, even with the "sold" sticker on the placard. Guess I need to paint more bunnies!

This is why my airbrush and spray gun kept clogging! Grr!
On the upside this fabric dye went through silky smooth after being filtered.
I just used a normal hardware store paint sieve stuffed into a funnel to get all the particulates out.

Too sick to do anything else today but doodle around on the tablet, so tried practicing some rough gestural sketches. They were torturously messy lol.
Ran out of ideas so used the (fantastic) refs from @trueref.bsky.social including a surprise appearance of @alyankovic.bsky.social in a suit.
Blegh. Sorry for all the snot, folks, but be glad you don’t have to witness it in person.
