I’m surprised it’s not been done yet. I’m not saying it would be able to cover the entirely of Manchester simply because there’s not enough in the way of canals for it, but the Ship Canal is huge and was built to take way bigger vessels than a small cruiser boat with like a 100-200 person capacity
