Today I feel better, and I'm back home (I had to leave my city for several days during these weeks). After thinking a lot and taking a little time, I can tell you that I feel safe, motivated, and capable again

I avoided chats because I thought it was something I had to deal with alone, and I didn't want to share any news that wasn't a sign of improvement in my situation. I apologize for my inactivity, and if at any point my attitude seemed to avoid interaction

All of that affected me physically, socially, and emotionally. It was a point where I felt overwhelmed, tired, and without motivation, even to do the things I love so much

The last few months, and especially the last few weeks, I found myself at a point where I had to restructure my life. It was a time when I questioned everything: my relationships with my family and friends, my career, and my work as an artist
