🥬 This is the scraggly Red Russian Kale, great for colder temps and can handle itself fine in the frost.

I've seen folks get the Russian and Siberian kale varieties through feet of snow in winter, just cover them with plastic or an upside-down clear plastic tote. Easy! ☃️
