Arguing about which pardons are appropriate or inappropriate misses the bigger picture: giving one individual absolute power to pardon is inconsistent with the concept of a democracy. We should amend the Constitution to remove that power.

It is very important to recognize that #NoKings is about process, not policy. A constitutional process can yield a policy you don't like.

"Public good" is not only funded by the federal government. Around 90% of the K-12 budget is paid by state and local governments, and it does not seem completely unreasonable to suggest that the percentage should be even higher.
