Velvet Rage resonated strongly, as did several stories in Ties That Bind. Love the traditions & ceremonies described in Protocols Handbook (if they actually happened). Urban Aboriginals was pseudo-science that might work.

Working on improving my mind and my body - been back at the gym now for 2 months at 3-4x / week. Feeling much better and starting to see the definition reappearing, but there’s always room for improvement. Time to step up the core and cardio!

There are lots of ways to bridge the generations and, as @buckharder.bsky.social recently attested, bootblacking is a great way to do so. I’m spending my summer practicing on the boots/gear of friends. Not to step on his toes, but if any PS locals are willing to let me practice on theirs, let’s chat
