I am listening to a mystery audiobook and the characters use the term “fartlighting” to describe situations where someone says something outrageous to cause a stink. I have needed that term for my entire adult life.

Look, for all the fuss the GOP makes about DEI, you can’t say the proposed hires so far aren’t diverse. I mean, Russian assets, white supremacists, pedophiles, vampires, and anti-vax brain-worm-havers are all represented so far. 🤷🏻♀️
