She says her and other gymnasts were kept out of the loop. Nobody asked about their opinion on the matter - personally she was ok with the training conditions/her experience at KTF Stuttgart. She did not get on well with the uncertainty and feels 1,5 months behind in her training

She landed short on her DLO at 2018 german championships and hurt her ankle. No double layouts or double pikes ever since :(

Gerne ☺️ Steht ein besonderer Anlass an? Ich finde das Ergebnis mit einem angfeuchteten Schwämmchen am besten. Mit den Fingern vorverteilen und mit dem Schwämmchen eintupfen. Lieber erst mal weniger nehmen und langsam aufbauen. Gutes gelingen 🧑🎨

Langanhaltende Foundations haben „Filmbildner“. Maxfactor Facefinity, L’Oreal Infaillible, MAC Face&Body -alle eher für ölige Hauttypen, oder viel Feuchtigkeitspflege drunter verwenden!
