I understand the principle, but the idea of extraordinarily renditioning a certain naturalized South African holds a certain charm.

Can confirm. The removal of anywhere from 50-75% of the FDA administrative staff is having some disastrous effects on many systems. The overnight RIF, combined with the Valentine’s Massacre, plus DRP, VERA and VSIP have left tons of work in process with minimal staff to cover the gaping holes.
