Typical business interactions are so unbelievably bad, the bar is incredibly low. The reason isn’t really that the vast majority are lazy (though many are) it’s that being excellent is so hard. Creating an ownership mentally across an organization takes extreme skill and energy.

My first real estate purchases was made when eth was last $4k. Until now, my diversification has never been a ragret. Going forward will be much more of a test to my investment emotions. Have loved RE though, and it’s gone well so let’s see what outperforms what.
