The event was well attended by staff across the firm and there was an open and honest discussion with members of the panel and the audience sharing their stories in a safe space.

Partner Alastair Mavor and Associate Lois Child shared their experiences of dealing with disabilities in the workplace, while Head of HR Karen Genuardi and Head of Marketing Natalia Ruiz-Moreno shared their experiences as carers of family members with disabilities and how this affects them at work.
