The credit goes to my sister. She only uses milk for her coffee and she stumbled upon the longevity / ultra-pasturization thing.

You can still drink milk, as long as it's not raw. TB is why we pasteurized milk. You will be OK. If you're still worried, you can purchase ultra-pasteurized milks, like Parmalat, or even organic milk. Organic milk is ultra-pasturized to extend its shelf life.
