In Canada, #FarmedAnimals are legally transported in open-sided trucks for up to 36 hours without food, water, rest, or protection from the elements. During frigid winters, animals routinely arrive at slaughterhouses frostbitten or dead—victims of Canada's notoriously weak animal transport laws 😢
