Free Ulises! On Friday, 2/21, ICE carried out an unconstitutional arrest of Ulises, a longtime Santa Clara County resident. ICE’s abuse put him in the hospital. Ulises has severe, life threatening health conditions including a blood clot in his neck, a heart condition and spinal problems.
