Doku rightly MotM but Nico O'Reilly was immense today.

Liverpool just need to spend some money on new players 😁

That pass from Nico to Nico though! 👌

They can't deal with Doku!

Having given us a penalty and disallowed their goal, I fully expect Kavanagh to even things up in the second half.

On this day in 2002 — the last ever Derby at Maine Road. A day to remember!

I only missed one home game that season. Can you guess which one!? 🙄

It's so good to have our Phil playing at the top of his game again! 💙

Considering Pep gets accused of destroying Grealish by not allowing him to play with freedom, Doku and Cherki seem to be doing okay!

Since the start of 2023-24, Phil Foden has scored 10 goals from outside the box for Manchester City in all competitions, the most of any player for Premier League clubs in this time. (Opta)

Those self-appointed cheerleaders who spend the entire game with their back to the game telling people what to sing are very very strange people indeed!

I feel bad for Ortega. He's far too good to be fourth choice, and deserves better.
I hope he can find a new club in January.

Pepball.
Two of Man City's goals vs Bournemouth at the weekend saw at least 9 different players involved in the build-up.

There have been just nine goals scored in the Premier League this season that have seen 9+ players involved in the build-up and five of those have been scored by Man City.

It was hard not to get excited about the performance of Rayan Cherki as Bournemouth were swept aside by Manchester City on Sunday.

He assisted both of Erling Haaland's goals and has created five chances for his teammate in just 163 league minutes in 2025-26.

Nunes continues to improve.
He deserves love.
Nunes shut down Semenyo!
If you don’t rate Nunes you have to take a look inward

Let's just take a moment to reflect on the self-sacrifice and hope this person embodies - not the evil, hateful monsters thirsting for violence.

Not only did we comfortably beat a very good side to go second and become top scorers in the league, there are so many positives from today;
✔️Cherki looks the real deal.
✔️Nico G is class.
✔️1st PL goal for Nico O.
✔️Haaland is ridiculous.
✔️More minutes for Rodri.

I'm excited Glad to see Cherki starting. I think he's going to become a bit of a City legend!

Anthony Taylor will referee City's game vs Bournemouth on Sunday, with Paul Tierney actually making the decisions.
