David had a blast on the treadmill when he visited the gym with Nick, clocking up an impressive 1km in 10mins, followed by swimming 20 lengths of the pool. After all that exercise they had a well-deserved chill out session at Kirkstall Abbey 🏃‍♂️

Robert had a busy day our with Alice. He started by meeting friends for some bowling and air hockey before brushing up on his swordsmanship skills at the Royal Armouries, and on the way home found the aptly named "Roberts Wharf" 😁
