This one. Mike Patton is a brilliant vocalist, and the band was never better.

It's like the missing Pink Floyd album. Storm Thorgerson vibes everywhere.
Some of these redactions are almost like modern art

I'm not. Still working through my pile, and still buying what I won't be able to read for a while.

I don't think she'd ever do it, but if they trashed up Lacey Chabert a bit, she'd play a wicked Lauren Boebert in a movie. Maybe Hallmark will shock us all one day.

Y'know, the new Unsolved Mysteries has been on Netflix for a few seasons now, and it missed a golden opportunity to make Ray Wise the host. Would have recaptured the magic, I think.

Feeling guilty about the never-ending pile of unread books taking space on your shelf? Just say you are practicing tsundoku!

Wikipedia's tsundoku article is considered a stub, or a very basic description of the topic. Consider improving it with reliable sources ➡️ w.wiki/7vhv

I want to know when consumers are going to hit their breaking point. The deals are shit, the prices are shit, the stores are shit, and the employees are treated like shit. And no one's making enough to afford any of it. #rant
Would love to ask the folks who lined up before dawn at Target for a swag bag “filled” with goodies and walked out with a reusable grocery bag and a pack of Uno cards, “how does it feel to get played?”

I honestly do not know why anyone is still loyal to that store. This is hilarious though 😂

If a phone still works fine, it’s not “device hoarding” to keep using it. It’s common sense.

It's late and I'm up with my senior dog that appears to be on her last legs. She won't sleep, so, in the interest of my wife and daughter's sleep, I'm working the night shift. And morning.

@pulmyears.bsky.social Just finished the John Candy bio. Really enjoyed it. So many details in it that surprised me, and Aykroyd just gets more fascinating the more I read about him. Well done, Paul.

Am I too optimistic thinking that Trump's effusive praise of Mamdani might actually crater his approval with his base more than his fascist behavior? Not that I'm complaining.

Just finished reading Ghosts of Hiroshima. I liked it. If James Cameron is indeed directing this, I hope it's not watered down. Although, with the level of horror involved in the act, I don't know how it would be anything other than unrated.

I'm on a reading tear this year. Read a great book on the start of radio in the US called "Hello, Everybody" by #AnthonyRudel, that thing could have been 1000pgs, and it wouldn't have been enough. Now reading Ghosts of Hiroshima.

Good god, the left needs new leadership. Schumer is as about as useful as sand in my eye. And equally irritating.

1 trillion to a immature Nazi sympathizer. Tesla is a joke. The amount of good that could be done with that money, and it goes into a black hole of humanity.
