So, I put the system that worked last time back into place, and was pleased to see it work just as well as before: I divided the number of notes by 30, and am processing that number each day. It's EASY, and feels like a win each day.

If I'd known it was AI-generated or a recording, I think it would've felt less special, which is interesting because I'm genuinely excited about AI.

Replying to those, exchanging some photos, and then getting out of bed is great. I'm starting to think the problem with smartphones isn't when we use them, but how.

And yet, despite all the stop and go, and brief flirtations with various practices, I've meditated (or at least practiced some form of mindfulness) for over 21,000 minutes according to Insight Timer. That's 350 hours!

It’s making me want to be messier and more human, which is probably good for me, since I’ve spent most of my life trying to be more robotic. And now the robots are better at it than I am.
