Same downtown in some places. Although on Richmond west of Spadina, cyclists on the sidewalk because it is better cleared!

That is so frustrating.
When I lived in Oakville, I used that lot often to shop downtown, to go for dinner, to attend the ballet/opera, to skate at Nathan Phillips Square, to visit friends at the hospitals.
