After the first trump term ended in election defeat, everyone has forgotten the pure joy/relief/calming most of the World felt with Biden elected and trump gone. Trump was so bad then, and ten times worse now. The USA electoral system is so cooked we won’t get the pure calming feeling ever again.

Try this: windows settings; accounts; email accounts; delete account. Then; add account; choose outlook/google … whatever you use; or POP/IMAP; enter email address and password;

Turn off onedrive backup in OD settings, uninstall the app in Windows settings.
