Sometimes ADHD means turning the light over the sink off and becoming really confused, for longer than is reasonable (or sane??), as to why it didn't turn off the faucet

Took Nyx to the vet yesterday for her 8 week follow up, blood draw (labs came back great! 🎉), etc. and she made sure I knew how hard of a day she had later that night 😔🥰😔🥰

Had a group session on "Menopause and Hormone Therapy" to prep for my upcoming surgery (yay for surgical menopause!) and...
I know I shouldn't have been, but I ended up floored how - in the year 2025 - there still is a lot of "we don't know how that impacts [women/women's health/menopause/etc"

This is super uncomfortable - I hate asking for help - but a lot costs for Nyx's treatment have had to go on credit cards, etc. Help toward those + ongoing costs would be greatly appreciated, so a fundraiser's been set for Aug 8! Today I decided the creator(s?) of EDM had to have an MRI and thought "I could make music out of this."

It's raining outside and you're washing some dishes, so there's just a lot of water noises that cover ambient sound.
