Partly experimental research has shown that consumers may respond to corporate political advocacy, e.g. doi.org/10.1086/707491, also finding stronger effects for those on the politically losing side doi.org/10.1016/j.jb.... How much this could ease the start-up phase of networks, remains to be seen.

How much this could ease the start-up phase of networks, remains to be seen.
Buy European is easy to sell, and motivation to change may be higher now than pre-2025. Are there any effective incentives for early adopters, including providers of goods and services? Yet, change may be less likely in constituencies with high shares of right-leaning voters honored by big Tec-bros.
