I saw the difference between a sergeant and a specialist at a Kraken game. They connected the two with a bungie cord on their backs and their objective was to get the most balls in a bucket within 30 seconds. Specialist just took off. Sgt wrapped up the cord and yanked. Fighting dirty for the win!
