It is so disheartening to see so many of these comments even after such a thoughtful, engaging article. People just love to make gross generalizations about groups of people who may be "different" from them- even if it is just geography. ❤️🩹

Some communities here in WNC are still having to live in tents after their homes were swept away in Helene’s floods. Now having to evacuate fires because bone dry storm debris. Don’t make such heartless, derogatory comments because you assume everyone voted for Trump- many voted blue.
