I worked out with a friend at his gym and was excited to see so much new Planet Fitness equipment, especially hack squats and multiple power racks for barbell squats/bench. You can definitely get a good workout here so long as it’s not too crowded.

Here’s a 2-pound weight difference: 168lb on the left (Nov. ‘24) vs. 166lb on the right (Sept. ‘25). I’d say the difference between the photos is a good sign despite the small change on the scale. I’m cutting for a few weeks, so wish me luck 🙏
