Lemberg Children's Center is a diverse community of children, parents, educators, college students, researchers & university employees. In our classrooms more than 50% of the children speak a home language other than English.
We honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the countless leaders who sacrificed so much. Their courage reminds us that freedom is never guaranteed—it must be protected, nurtured, and defended by each generation.

At the end of Oct. many cultures celebrate traditions that mark the changing of the seasons. Samhain signaled the end of the harvest/beginning of winter - a time when the boundary between the living & the spirit world is thin. They wore costumes for protection. Have a safe and festive holiday!
