I live in Portland OR and it was the same thing with us 4 years ago. There were some protests in a block or two downtown, but the rest of the city was completely normal. The press and the White House called Portland a war zone. It wasn’t true. The WH is lying and the press is running with it.

That’s not correct. I said this was with a coupon program, or discount card as you put it. And no diagnosis needed. I used one of those cards for a year without a diagnosis of diabetes. The discount program was easy to get (harder to use but usable).

Those dolls will be much more, forever, not just during an adjustment period. Nobody is talking about that. If the tariffs “work” and all manufacturing comes to the US, it’ll mean costs skyrocket forever. Why did manufacturers leave to begin with? Our addiction to cheap consumerism will be over.

Compounds were only allowed because the name brand drugs were in shortage, really hard to get. Production has ramped up and the original drugs are no longer in shortage, so compounding is not allowed. They all have coupon programs if you have non govt insurance. Still expensive but not $1200/mo.

That’s not been my experience. Yes, it helped give me the willpower to maintain a calorie deficit through strict diet and exercise. After a year, I lost 125 pounds. I stopped the shots 3 weeks ago. It’s been hard, but I still exercise and eat nearly nothing. Same exact habits. I’ve gained 5 pounds.

You saw this as appeasement? He told Trump it was photoshopped, he said those tattoos aren’t there in El Salvador, when Trump said “why don’t you just say he had the tattoos” or whatever, he didn’t. This was clearly “you are wrong, let’s move on”.

I would, if either of my kids are going. June says she doesnt want to, she’s glad she went on the 5th grade trip but says it stressed her out too much, and Henry desperately wants to quit the program. Can I go if neither of my kids go?
