For anyone who needs context, the burning of Cork in 1920 was in no way a ‘mystery’. British troops went from building to building, setting fires and then hung around to hold back fire-fighters, including cutting their hoses. The city centre looked like London after the Blitz.

Psyche was originally a mortal princess. She was described as being as beautiful as Aphrodite. Aphrodite got jealous and made her son Eros (Cupid) force Psyche to fall in love with a hideous monster. Eros could not carry out his mothers command and fell in love with Psyche.
When Aphrodite found out about Psyche's and Erios' romance, she put Psyche into a trial of the Underworld.
To everyone's surprise, Psyche was able to complete the trials successfully, which gave her a Goddess status.
Once united, Eros and Psyche had a wedding where all the Gods on Olympus attended.

Psyche is often depicted with butterfly wings to show both her beauty and intelligence.
