This is a great idea.
It means you're attentive and aware of what's happening in the world, but maybe you have been taking in a little too much as well if you're having nightmares. Sometimes it's better to keep the news at a distance.

This is so confusing. What could a person stuck in save (forbearance and covid pause going 4 years strong now) do if they were aiming for pslf but would still be several years out?
