And the second layer so far is how to unlearn my victim mentality. It is challenging because there is a reason why I am not letting go of these things and so far these are the only two I know that I need to unlearn and to forgive.

With the help of my sister who is a medium, she said that there is layers to me where I can change or progress into change. One is to figure out why I am very attached to my birth family because I have decided to go no contact for almost 4 years.
