Figured I'd share my progress. Being 50, I never expected to get as far as I have. Sure wish I'd known that focusing on the nutrition my body needs was the key years ago. Of course portion control and tracking has been a huge part of my success too. But I only recently started exercising again.

This PB&J Crispbread is my latest obsession. Under 200 calories too.

In other news ... Really feeling this one today. Hard to believe how many things are tied to hormones that I never knew about.

Got these shoes a couple years ago and only wore them a handful of times. Had to wash/dry them plus add heel pads so they'd fit now. Never expected to lose weight in my feet. At least they don't swell anymore.

Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 I'm getting ready to prep our meal. Turkey is pre-cooked. Beans in the Instant pot. Pear crumble in the oven. It's definitely a 20% day but with some healthy swaps we shouldn't go terribly over our regular targets. Even with dessert. I'm pretty happy with that 😁
