Complaining about location is something insecure control freak managers do.

As someone who has worked from home for nearly 3 years now my productivity has never been so high, businesses and good managers should judge employees by output, not the geography of the employee when the work is done. Either the work is acceptable or it’s not and address that if it’s a problem.
