A friend of mine worked in a mental health facility in the 70's. Most of the patients in her ward thought they were a famous person or that they had done something special and important (hero in a war he never fought in or world renowned scientist, for instance). That's what Trump reminds me of.

Hard to guess who in this administration is the most psychotic. But definitely most of them think they live in some bad Netflix series.
