I have no nostalgia for analog media, but perhaps I do miss music not being that damn easy? Do kids these days™ still feel as strong a connection to music that is just entirely ubiquitous and frictionless? Maybe that's just my snobbery speaking though…

I remember, not so long ago, hearing DJs spin tunes we would hunt down for months, and eventually the thrill of finding them in a record store or some obscure forum. Collections of mysterious songs randomly taped from the radio. Carefully building a library, and even being proud of your discoveries.

En toch weet ik er buiten haar naam helemaal niks over. Nog geen seconde van haar muziek gehoord (toch niet bewust). Faam is relatief. En nee, ik leef niet onder een rots. 😬

Great stuff! Wondering if we'll all soon be using icons with CSS shape()s rather than inline SVGs. I can only see benefits (cacheable icons!) except that we'll need to build a development pipeline to add and edit icons. A conversion library like this might help with converting a folder of SVGs.
