The best digital painting advice I've ever gotten many years ago was to focus on blocking out shapes and avoid brushes with soft edges or using blur/smudge tools.

I love talking to furries that easily make 6 figures and about finding a job and hearing them say

"Your art is good you should focus on that"

How much money do they think I make exactly? I enjoy doing art but this isn't possible. The resentment I feel towards these people will one day kill me.
