I can imagine that this is a more complex question, if the server is used partially for company & business support + open source project communication.. (which seems to be the case here. Don’t know much about the server..)

Who owns the NATS slack server? I‘ve seen some messages in the general channel getting moderated (disappeared) - (to be fair, it’s possible the authors deleted the messages- idk.). Slack servers are community infrastructure. Idk if the CNCF has this in their project migration plan? cc @cra.dev
