We are Schroeder and Marilla. This account is about life with the cutest, if worst behaved dogs in Ashburton, New Zealand.
We have two great humans who look after us, and while they could definitely up their cheese game, they're pretty good folk.

One of our family's greatest joys was to create the BarkBack show when we were on Instagram. It allowed us to create so many wonderful friendships who shared in celebrating our dear Wally and his grumpy persona.

Today marks six years since Wally died.

Our humans took us to Lake Emma, one of Ashburton lakes. We got to go on a big hike and went for a swim!
Then we went to The Staveley Store where the huMan shared a bit of his sour cream from his corn fritter lunch!
Then we all had a big-O nap before heading to the off-leash park.
