With no idea how I'm supposed to teach the separation of powers, I spent some time while I was teaching to pluck seeds off of a strawberry so we can grow those.

I made it halfway through a book a couple of weeks ago, before things hit a whirlwind and a half. Now, I'm having dreams about: what could happen next, book club-esque situations, and other wrenches that could (continue to) prevent me from finishing the bloody book!

For as rough as I anticipated today to be for the people I work with... I'm exhausted. I'd forgotten how much it takes out of me to mask that long.
