When it was thought that the Cold Emperor would defeat the Windy twins + Chaotix, Star came in and gave his power to Leowind, making him go into his Turbo Form for the 1st time, a transformation that would trash Icer's masterpiece!

After Eggman's WGP ad, the twins went to find Chaos emeralds to compete, when finding 1, it gave these bracelets, then Amy came in, ask what they were doing, then explained what the emeralds can do, the twins end up giving it to her as they can't go together.

While exploring around, the twins found this treasure at Windy Valley, their home, which later they use to buy their extreme gears! A slip up does so Jet hears and races them for it! Jet wins but gives half of it anyway from the good competition!

Turbo Leowind/Fairy Learricane, here Star or Shady give their energy to one of the twins to give them a boost of power, being able to use DBZ-like powers! True Turbo Leowind/Full Fairy Learricane, similar to the previous forms, but here their Chao fuses with them, giving the full and true capacity of their forms, hence the name, Leo gets full yellow stripes with sun symbols on him, while Lea gets full night blue stripes with moon symbols on her. Wild Vortex form, the incomplete version of their final form! They access this form by getting hit by a powerful gust of wind, making their bodies absorb it when they shouldn't be able to, all this power can make them go berserk! Controlled Vortex form, their final form! My twin OCs like having a chill life, but Sonic's world doesn't give that chance to many, which made them go through training to perfect their wind abilities, the tornado you see in Windy Valley might've even been their doing, here's some other examples of their powers!

Due to training with Espio, Leowind and Learricane can spindash just like him, even using their big backspikes to cause extra damage! This is Focus Wind, a move where they focus alot of air into a single spot on their finger After 1st touching a Chaos Emerald, the twins get these bracelets that make them able to generate a shield, called the Chaos Shield! When meeting the Chaotix and helping them against Icer, Vector later gave the twins these headphones and microphone, with them, they ended up being able to increase their speed and agility by alot, just from playing a song on them, Learricane having to karaoke to get the same effect! i call this the Music-Up and Sing-Up!

This is Shine The Hedgehog, she comes from Silver's future and works with him to make sure the timeline keeps going on a good path, think of Dragonball Xenoverse.
Her design is based off the Hero Run Run Chao, to go with the other speedy Chao

Here's Icer the Penguin, he's the villain OC for my twins, he lives in Ice Cap and in there, he makes his own robot creations, his masterpiece being the "Cold Emperor", he also used to be buddies with Starline and realized Eggman's shortcomings before him.
