Last August, I gave myself the biggest challenge of my life. As I’m approaching that year in just a few weeks, I’ve already reached the goal that a lot of people said it would be near impossible. Let’s see where I will be in 2024. 200 pounds gone!

2 months ago, I couldn’t push more than 1 plate. Today, I was able to complete my 3 sets at the same pace as my first one, with 6. This motivates me to push myself even further.

So happy to finally have my Bluesky account. The wait was well worth it.
