The $1.1 billion is the total amount in transactions Sen Wyden has identified. These are not all from one person, so far it is unknown who exactly made them because he has not gotten full subpoena power on them. We don't know who those payments are from but likely Drumpf is on the list somewhere.

Washington doesn't have a Senator who has been investigating Epstein's banking records for the last 18 months and trying to subpoena banks about $1.1 billion in transactions.
