100% agree if nobody is standing home with Susan Collins then it’s just herself patting herself on the back. She’s done it before.

Well, she can’t stand alone so I hope that she has people standing up with her otherwise it’s just a gift to her to make a point. If she’s going into this, knowing that he’s gonna be confirmed by everybody else it’s just a little pat on the back for herself.

It's a gift for her and Collins they know they have the votes. They let them vote their conscience so the speaker can break the tie.
