I call BS. No college student in the midst of a school shooting is going to use perfect punctuation and spelling. Especially since the apostrophe requires a change of keyboard on a phone

Technically, the law here says you must identify yourself. But regardless, my point was to check your local laws. They change from state to state as to whether you have to provide information on who you are.
