I don't think he should be stopped (or could be). Those of us who see the stain on humanity that he is are not surprised at his toxic crap. Those who support him no matter what, won't care. But maybe in between there's that one fence sitter who might finally see the light.

I actually detest his followers/supporters more. They see it, they know it, and they still defend him.

Contrast how liberal leaders responded to Charlie Kirk - with grace and condolences. Note that there's not one post from MAGA on 'but he's a FATHER' about Reiner.

What most disturbs me about this is that some (at least a third) of the people are giving him that power, giving him that allegiance, willingly. He couldn't turn the nation hateful otherwise.
