Ive given up playing on mobile at this point. Its way too unreliable.

i think most the discourse (at least what im seeing) is now shiny pokemon are "banked" and wont despawn you can AFK farm them with a turbo controller or a rubber band

I was at around 270 when I finished the game/post game. 1000 is way way way too much. 500 would've been enough.
