Julie Nelson (one of the main KARE anchors) has shifted the past few months. Whether that was pre or post merger I'm not sure but there has been a very definite tone shift.

I'm only through the first two but completely agree. I don't understand - since they're spending six episodes in the pods - why we don't get more from the other people who only exist in the lounge. 41 year old retail manager? Let's see her story!

Hometown bias aside, but they really did seem the lesser-est of all evils when it came to corporate retailers. Costco seems the best of a bad bunch but curious on your thoughts on voting with your wallet (besides the obvious answer of small, local businesses).
