Final recommendation for today, Maryam Al-Kuwari's book "Tribal Reawakening and the Future of State Building in Kuwait and Qatar" is a must-read to understand the domestic layer of these two countries, so different despite sharing the same geo space (the Persian Gulf), culture and religion.

Reading about leadership in foreign policy, I came across this wonderful book by Andrea Grove. In this summary table, she outlines the strategies of leaders in foreign policy. Listening to Trump yesterday, his foreign policy strategy will undoubtedly be Framing Threat.

Today, we raise our voices for those who have been silenced. Violence against women is not accidental or isolated—it is systemic, rooted in inequality and oppression. It is not an individual problem; it is a collective fight. The fight against violence must be global, inclusive, and for all women.

One of my loved ones is fighting cancer. Today, we received great news: the tumors are smaller, and if they keep shrinking, we might be able to do surgery in the coming months. The public health system in Spain is incredible—please keep fighting for it because it saves lives. 💪🏼💪🏼
