I was/am a huge fan of the "Pitchfork hipster shit" era of music but for whatever reason, this band was a bridge too far. Blueberry Boat getting a 9.6 sent me over the edge in a way a music review never has.

If you find positive motivation when using a scale, by all means, do it. However, as someone who has always battled weight issues, I found not looking at all was really freeing. Having clothes fit better (or worse) is my number 1 bellwether of what is happening and use that for motivation
