Our daughter used to take Tae Kwon Do lessons. During her test for her black belt, she broke a wooden board with the side of her hand & broke another board with her foot when she did a flying side kick.

My husband & I just left Aurora, where it had been snowing. When we had left our home in Texas to drive to CO, the high temps had been in the high 80s.
