In any case the engagement probably wasn’t territory related or Ingrid and Felix would have been engaged. I like to think Rodrigue saw what was happening over in Gautier, and when Felix had a major crest he was like yeah lets maybe not do that here

Ingrid’s inheritance is also unclear. Her bio says she’s Galatea’s heir but it’s implied she would marry into another noble family but also she needs to continue the family bloodline? So presumably would be involved with Galatea somehow?
